Can I report this user then, if he/she posts about a person breaking rules?

What if your host uses a proxy, but you don't? Do you get the blame of it? Or what if you have a dynamic IP?

As long as you don't sign up with a proxy or tell the mods or something, it doesn't really matter.
They're not really illegal.

Get a different server, turn off dynamic IP.

Yes. As I understand it, bots were never allowed. But there is another factor of safety that must be attended to.

No. If these things make you rage, just open the image in a new tab and view it that way.

I've been to several forums where multiple posting is allowed, and it has not been a problem at all.

So you cannot have more than four lines in text? I feel that that is a bit ridiculous, but I shouldn't be the one to complain as I have never exceeded this amount...
